With a strong foundation in human resources, the founder has spent the past 16 years serving as an HR Manager, where they spearheaded numerous strategic initiatives aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement. His expertise encompasses a wide spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee & labor relations, performance management, organizational development, and compliance.

In addition to his HR management experience, the founder took on the role of Company President at Quality Relations Manpower Services Corp., for the past five years.
